Shipping Policy

By placing an order with iPhoneBuyer UK you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

1.1Shipping Costs

When you complete your order with the iPhoneBuyer UK, for the value and above £50 you will automatically receive FREE Royal mail 1st class recorded Service. Orders placed under £50 will be charged a standard shipping fee of £2.99. Your order will be shipped the same day if your order was placed before 2 pm Monday to Friday.

Orders placed on Saturday/Sunday will be shipped Monday. 

1.2Sell-Phone Shipping- When you create a Sell-Phone order with the iPhonebuyer UK, you will receive FREE Send Shipping, this service is a Royal Mail 1st class recorded service. Items are usually received within 24-hrs (twenty-four) but can sometimes take longer. On accepting our offer for your device you will be sent a shipping box, simply pop your device in the Prepaid Shipping box as instructed and Drop it off at your local Post office. it is your respectability to obtain proof of postage from the Post office.

Please allow 72-hrs (seventy-two ) for us to receive your device before contacting us for an order update.

Your device is insured for the valuation price you have accepted.

 
Sell My Device/ Valuation 

2.1 During the quality assessment process. If your Device fails our quality assessment process it will be because the item that you have sent to us is NOT as you have described it when entering the details of this item on our Sell-Phone Page and therefore the information you have provided during the selling process to us does not match that gathered by our quality control team when reviewing your device you have sent to us.

2.2 Each device you sell to us should match, if possible, including, but not limited to, the model, size, colour, condition, and memory you described when using our website to sell your device to us on iPhoneBuyer UK. When we assess the quality of your equipment in our warehouse, we will use the specifications of the terms below that we presented to you on our phone sales page, to make sure that the equipment you sent us is as described. The conditions you specify when selling your device on our website directly affects the price we offer for it. If we find that conditions will differ from the conditions you described, see Equipment Classification Definitions, we may offer you a revised valuation of your equipment. Details of what happens when we offer a revised valuation of your equipment are set out in these Terms and Conditions.

2.3 Payment will be made via your PayPal registered email address, which is provided in the contact information form for sending your phone. If this email address is not associated with a PayPal account, you will receive an email from PayPal asking you to register and obtain funds. IPhoneBuyer UK accepts no responsibility for failure to provide a valid PayPal email address.

  • If the device you send us does not correspond to the described condition (model, memory, network or is damaged), we will perform our evaluation on the obtained device. The price for your device may differ from the price displayed on our website. It depends on the device you send us. We would be grateful that you are true in your description.

  • If you are not satisfied with the offer/award that has been given to you. You can cancel the sale and we will return your device to you free of charge through the tracked recorded Royal Mail service. 

  • If you accept our offer/award, you enter into a purchase agreement to sell your device to iPhoneBuyer UK.

3.1 We use items classification to classify devices into categories. The same classification system is used to buy and sell devices on the iPhoneBuyer UK website.
It is important that you describe your device truthfully, as this will affect the value offered to your device.
The definitions of the equipment classification are as follows:

  • New Boxed Sealed - A device that is as new from shop/retailer NEVER opened, used, in the original box sealed if applicable.

  • Pristine Boxed - A device that been opened with very little use as new with absolutely no signs of use in the original box.

  • Very Good Condition - A device with no damage to Screen, Back, Frame, has been used with or without accessories.

  • Good Condition  - A fully working device with minor scratches to Screen, Back, Frame, without accessories.

  • Damaged Screen Fully Working  - A device has a damaged cracked smashed front glass that is still usable, all other functions work as normal. Without accessories.

  • Faulty Unknown  - A device that looks like a Grade-Good-Condition, but is not switching on, No power, No signs of life. Without accessories.

  • Water Damage  - A device that has been submerged in fluid and as stopped working usually in this case the device needs to be sent to us for an accurate valuation.    

Return Policy

3.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind

iPhoneBuyer UK will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 14 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging and resellable condition. Simply fill Return Form.

Return shipping will be paid at the customer's expense and will be required to arrange their shipping. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to your bank account. We will notify you once this has been completed through email. iPhoneBuyer UK will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

  • If items are returned in a damaged or broken condition - we will contact you to try to find out what happened.

  • If expires (fourteen 14 days) - You can still return items in their original condition within (thirty days 30 days) of purchase. You will be responsible for all shipping and insurance costs.

  • iCloud Accounts - Delete your details and iCloud account before returning your iPhone !!

Warranty

4.1 Terms and Conditions for accepting a warranty

Every product you purchased from us (phone, refurbished screen, Screen Repair) has 12 Month warranty. 

Warranty applies for technical defects on the phone you purchased from us. If you want to apply for a warranty on repairing service our warranty applies just for parts we changed/ repaired. 

Please test the phone when you receive it from us (Screen Repair Service). If you find any problem after a repair which you didn’t have before (different than the subject of the repair service), let us know immediately. If you don’t let us know within 3 days, we will only be responsible for the subject of the repair.

 

Warranty doesn't apply to:

 accidental damage

damage to screen

liquid damage

added components since the product were sold to you

How to apply for a warranty?

Contact us- contact us via the contact page, tell us about your issues and after our reply send us the item. Once we receive your item, we will repair it within 5 working days. We will send the repaired item back to you for free, however, you have to post the device at your own cost.
